In three days we will take you through the central elements of this most insightful, and in-depth, of personal and organisational assessments. You will have completed 8 modules of online learning before you arrive, so the emphasis during our time together is on understanding through application. Every day we will review and enlarge on what you have already learnt, and give you the opportunity to practice putting it into action with your fellow students.

 

Our aim is to get you out the door at the end of Day Three, ready to use Birkman effectively in your company, consultancy, or coaching practice.
