What's involved?

• You will complete an online questionnaire (typically 30-40 minutes to complete);
• We'll send you a 35-page report all about yourself (in pdf format);
• Once you have had an initial read through your report, we will arrange a time to spend an hour talking through the implications of your report, which will allow you to ensure that you get what you need right now from the process;
• You will also get access to a suite of tools and resources we have developed to help you understand and operationalise the data in your report;
• The data that comes out of this process is stable over time (you may change your hair colour but your underlying "wiring" isn't going to change anytime soon) - so for years to come you can confidently come back to this report on a regular basis, or at need, for insights and help. And we'll be available then too if you need us.
