For individual clients who have spent £300 (excluding VAT) or more on their report package, we offer the following online tools as free add-ons:
ActionPlanner - our online Action Planning tool. Ask your Elaura consultant for a Summary One Report to enable you to use this tool.
Soloist - an online interactive version of some key data from your Birkman Profile. Ask your Elaura consultant to arrange this for you.
Additionally, for corporate clients, we have TeamPlayer an interactive desktop viewer for Birkman Data for any group from small teams upwards. While the tool itself is free, this is a sophisticated tool used by Birkman Consultants around the world and managers may wish to arrange training to get the most out of the information.
