The small print:

1. We'd like to know that you aren't happy within 14 days of our completing our work for you. At our sole discretion we may decide not to honour claims made outside this time limit.
2. With regard to Birkman Method® Questionnaires, we do ask that you read the instructions for the online Questionnaire we sent you carefully - if you think you may have made a serious mistake, please DO NOT FINISH the Questionnaire - instead, please contact us immediately.
3. With regard to Birkman Method® Reports: if you purchase a Report-only option, then you have done so knowing that we strongly advise you to add at least one consultant session to this package. Our experience is that NO ONE "gets" the whole report on their own. While we have decided to extend our guarantee to cover even these report-only options, we will want to at least discuss with you the possibility that you first need to purchase a consultant session (also covered by our guarantee) before claiming.
4. Refund Policy: none of the above affects your statutory rights, including your right to change your mind within seven days of receiving the online Questionnaire from us. Provided you have not used the Questionnaire (or in the case of a consultant session you have purchased, you have not received the session AND have given at least 24 hours notice of cancellation before any booked session), you can simply contact us, explaining that you have changed your mind and wish a refund. We will cancel the Questionnaire and/or Session and refund your fee in full. With regard to workshops, we will normally require at least 2 clear weeks notice of cancellation in order to make a refund; this is because we will have similar obligations to the venue.
