Sarah Mason specialises in professional development coaching, recruitment selection, team performance training and workplace interventions. Originally from Plymouth in Devon, UK, she has a BA(Hons) in Social and Educational Psychology from University of Kent in Canterbury (UK) and is currently undertaking her qualification as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the BPS. Prior to starting Elaura, Sarah had worked in the not-for-profit sector in the UK and Australia for over a decade and latterly as a recruitment consultant in Asia. Recent projects include delivery of team performance workshops, development of outcome-oriented job descriptions for a UK charity and recruitment selection for multiple clients.

Jon Mason specialises in project-specific and organisational-wide applications of talent management. Born and schooled in New Zealand, Jon has Masters degrees from Trinity College, Cambridge (UK) and NTU (now Charles Darwin University), Australia. He has experience working as a manager, trainer and consultant in all three sectors and has strong IT and strategy credentials. Recent projects include development of recruitment benchmarking system for an international consulting firm, design and implementation of a major restructuring programme for a national charity in the UK and, with Sarah, the delivery of a programme of organisational development workshops across local authorities in Devon.
