TeamPlayer8 is ready to rock and roll! This is a power tool for organizational development and team performance, ready to use... and it is FREE to USE (subject to the terms and conditions document)
What do you get?
TeamPlayer8 presents an enhanced version of the scatter function from previous versions. To this it adds the LSGrid - yes you can get that in BDirect, but this one allows you to change the group instantly even with no internet connection - and a Graphing function which is particularly useful in spotting the features of an organisational culture. TeamPlayer8 also has a proper Group Loader - you can now open several datafiles at once, hide members, save combined files as a new file etc. Also now implemented are an enhanced version of the narrative comparison features of older TeamPlayer version, a DataSet editor and even a facility for editing your own narrative libraries. This software is ready to work for you right now. It is only available in a Windows version at present.
So what do I do?
Step 1: Register to let us know you are going to download TeamPlayer8. This helps us keep you in touch with developments, let you know when updated and improved versions are available, and contact you if we need your feedback on the tool (we won't be emailing you every week - maybe two to three times per annum).
Step 2. Download the User Manual. Right-click this link and save: TP8 User Manual Version 1_01.pdf
Step 3: Download the software. It is in a zip file at TP8_setup.zip. If you click on that link, your browser should ask you if you want to download the file - say yes! Once downloaded, you can open the zip file. It contains a single file, TP8_setup.exe (the installer for the TeamPlayer8 software). This installer will extract all the files you need. Very important : read the User Manual first and don't change any of the default settings when installing or your software may not run.
