Outside Innovation - Patricia Seybold
Hot off the press from Patty Seybold (Customers.com and Customer Experience) is her new book showing how businesses can harness the creativity and domain knowledge of their customers to design and build the future. Personally I found the rich collection of examples more fascinating than the conceptual framework - but then I am pretty concrete in approach (ie I can learn more from a great example and do my own extrapolation and lateral thinking).
