New Rules for the New Economy - Kevin Kelly

I first stumbled across Kevin Kelly's Out of Control in the remaindered bin at MPH Bookstore in Singapore in 1998 - and have read it every 18 months since then. OOC is a pretty wide-ranging ramble through idea-space though; more to the point (and several hundred pages shorter) if you are in business or delivering public services is New Rules for the New Economy. Forget that this is a 1998 book and that it predates the dot.com bubble bursting; the principles Kelly distills are absolutely applicable in the genuinely wired world that is emerging from the dot.com rubble.
